Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter is dedicated to assisting county pet owners while helping decrease the number of animals brought to the county shelter. Please submit an owner surrender request for each pet you need help with. Complete the form to the best of your knowledge. Use the additional comments section to include any information you would like us to know about your pet.
*Please note: completing this form does not guarantee that placement will be found. A volunteer pet counselor will contact you to discuss ways we can help keep your pet out of the shelter.
