- Donate The Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We depend on donations to pay for adoption promotions, as well as specialized medical care, food and toys for the animals at the shelter.
- Volunteer Our mission is to make our shelter animals happier and give them a better chance at adoption. Since we are an all-volunteer group, we can't do that without dedicated volunteers! We need you!
- Fostering Foster homes are hugely important to the shelter. When an animal goes into a foster home, it frees up a spot in the shelter for another animal. At the same time, foster animals are able to live in a comfortable, safe environment, which makes them much happier and more likely to be adopted. Foster homes are always needed, but there is always an urgent need during the spring and summer months.
- Host A Fundraiser We do not receive local or federal government funding and are truly reliant on the generosity of supporters like you. If you’re not sure what type of event you’d like to have, some ideas of what others have done are: yard sales, bowling parties, beef and beers, bake sales, reunions, run runs.
- Sponsorship Partnering with Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter is a great way for your organization to showcase its commitment to the community while supporting programs and education to reduce the homeless animal population in Burlington County. Help us reach a 90% save rate by 2025!
- Our Supporters The Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter have coin boxes at many businesses in the area. Support us by supporting them (and perhaps putting your change in the box).
