Once again, we are joining forces with MegaBite Events to offer the Fur Baby Festival at Freedom Park in April and we are hosting our 10th annual Paw Prints PetFest & 5K in October! Fur Baby Festival

In collaboration with MegaBite Events, this event offers a wide array of activities and entertainment, including music, face painting, pet related contests and games. We invite vendors who sell goods and services to join us to sell to the many community members who will attend. (Food vendors with trucks or trailers interested in selling at this event must contact MegaBite directly.)

Paw Prints PetFest & 5K

Smithville Park, Eastampton NJ
Estimated attendance: ~3,000
Sponsored by the Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter and Burlington County Board of County Commissioners, this is a family-friendly 5K pet festival that will include a 5K run/walk, one-mile fun walk, animal agility games, demonstrations, exhibits, and more! We invite vendors who sell goods and services and food trucks/trailers to join us as we celebrate our 10th year organizing this major fundraising event!

Important Information and FAQs
To proceed, please choose an application form:
Vendors of goods and services will receive one 10’ x 10’ space. Food vendors will receive space for their food service vehicle (e.g., truck or trailer). Vendors/exhibitors are expected to supply all their exhibit needs, including table(s), chair(s) and canopy, if applicable. There is a $75 fee for each additional vendor space.
Once accepted, the vendor fee is non-refundable for vendors that cancel or do
not show at the event. If not accepted, your fee will be refunded.
If either event is canceled for any reason by the organizer(s), vendors will
have the option to: 1. request a refund of the application fee ($99 for Fur Baby
Festival or $75 for Paw Prints PetFest) or 2. forfeit the application fee as a
donation to FOBCAS (vendor must send an email to Laura Seplaki to confirm
this donation)
A vendor is a company or organization of 5 employees or less.
Larger companies will be considered sponsors and applicable fees will apply. There is no fee for nonprofit organizations, veteran-owned businesses, or government agencies/organizations.
All applicants will be screened by the Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter vendor committee for participation. Primary factors considered for acceptance are appropriateness of product, service or message with an animal-friendly focus or products or services appropriate for families; previous years’ participation; and timeliness and completeness of returned application. This application does NOT guarantee a space. All vendors will receive a notice of either acceptance or rejection. Once accepted, the vendor fee is non-refundable. If not accepted, your fee will be refunded.
Note: if you are required to provide insurance, please obtain it prior to submitting this application so you may upload the forms and send it with your registration application.
Anyone providing the following activities will need to provide proof of insurance; if you’re not providing any of the activities below, simply complete the vendor form and agree to the rules, regulations and hold harmless form:
Food vendors, vendors giving away pet food samples, any service that may result in human bodily harm (i.e., body piercing or affixing permanent jewelry) and anyone bringing animals to the Fur Baby and/or Pet Fest events are to provide an insurance certificate with the following requirements:
- Commercial General Liability coverage, for Personal Injury and Property Damage
Liability of not less than one million ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence and two million ($2,000,000) annual aggregate; and
- Please list: 1) the Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter and 2) the Burlington County Board of County Commissioners and 3) Mega Bite! Events (only if attending the Fur Baby Festival) as additional insureds under the General Liability. This can be a statement in the description box of the certificates; and
- All Statutory Workers’ Compensation and employer liability coverage required to be held by law (if applicable); and
- The certificate holders should be: 1) Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter, 3111 Route 38, Suite 11 #238, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, 2) Burlington County Board of County Commissioners, 49 Rancocas Rd., PO Box 6000, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060, and 3) only if attending Fur Baby Festival, Mega Bite! Events, 1075 Easton Ave, Suite 11/282, Somerset, NJ 08873
Important: A separate certificate for each is required.

Vendors selling goods/services:
Vendors giving away pet food samples, any service that may result in human bodily harm (i.e., body piercing or affixing permanent jewelry) and anyone bringing animals must provide a Certificates of Insurance.
Food Vendors:
Food vendors must provide or apply for and obtain a Certificates of Insurance, a Burlington County Fire Safety Permit, and a current inspection or approval to operate letter from the Burlington County Health Department.
Additionally, food truck vendors must obtain a permit from Eastampton Township:
