Low-cost spay/neuter clinic with Dr. Lori Duggan

You can get your pet cat or community cat spay/neutered through our partnership with Dr. Lori Duggan.

The clinics are all for spay/neuter surgery only — there will be no shots or wellness visits until later but any cat that comes for spay/neuter surgery can have other services as well. Just no non-surgical visits.

If you want to have your pet seen at one of these clinics, please email friends.say.snip.it@friendsofbcas.org and provide:

• your full name
• preferred date
• home address
• telephone number
• whether the animal is a pet cat or feral cat (dogs may have only non-surgical visits)
• name of pet
• gender of pet
• age of pet
• services requested
• plan to bring any previous shots records with you.

We will then send you a confirmation email with the exact address and instructions.
